Return Policy

We will accept returns and provide full refund under the following conditions:

  1. Online orders cannot be returned and refunded in-store. Please see in-store exchange policy.
  2. Purchase was made at www.crocs.com.my
  3. Items are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Items without all original hangtags attached will not be eligible for return or in-store exchange.
  4. Initiate return within 15 days of order is received.

Return Instructions

To return your product, you will need to initiate a RETURN process within 15 days of the order is received.

Step 1: Fill in ' Order Number' & ' Email Address' (of shipping addressee)

Step 2: Mail the shoes back to:
