Returns Policy

If you wish to return your unworn items, you may do so within 7 days of the received date with a valid receipt for a refund in store credit. The items returned must have had been purchased from www.crocs.com.my

Return shipping is borne by the customer and the items must be in resalable condition - unworn, with tags still attached, along with the proof of purchase.

For refunds or exchanges, please first send an email to info@crocsmalaysia.com.my with your order number before returning your order.

Promotional Discounts: Subject to Crocs’ return policy, all merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be exchanged or returned at the value purchased.

No store credit will be given for free items. It can only be exchanged for another item.

Items under the 'Sales' category is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
